we've signed an offer tonight on the house!

blimey!

and we need to be out of here by end of July! And since I'm tied to the customer til end of August, that means finding some digs for a month before we move away.

Not only that, but we're not heading to Aus for x months, but back to UK - probably with a short break somewhere sunny between leaving NZ and returning home, which we're sorely looking forward to.

Its all happening rather fast now...
