This coming Thursday sees us finally handing over keys to our lovely house here up in Newlands. Mind you, at the moment with a roaring Southerly blowing, we're having to huddle together in one room with the fire on, cos the rest of the house is freezing!
We're moving into a place in the Southern Cross apartments down in town, which will at least be convenient, although nonetheless unsettling for us being new surroundings and only temporary as in two months we'll be moving back to the UK.
One positive thing from all the time on the account here, not being utilised as an actual consultant and instead more of a developer, is that my coding skills have been getting a good run-out and I've learned yet more about being productive in Eclipse and C*r*m development generally.
Every silver lining, and all that...
Be nice to get back to decent beer though, I have to say!
