Just in case you think I'm dining out on Wellington's finest curry and fresh fish every night, I'm not. This is the rare delicacy I prepared tonight, hot chilli beef with a bit of Tasty (for the non-locals, that's actually the name of a basic cheddar here). Anyway the chilli actually tasted alright, good job really, I made enough for 2 meals.
