hand made loaf

Confidence boosted by the growth of my natural leaven and the sour dough barm loaf I baked last week, I've gone and got a copy of the hand made loaf by a guy called Dan Lepard.



Gonna try the Mill Loaf next... once I've revived the leaven, which has been 'sleeping' in the fridge for a few days and slowed down.
