
This weighty tome by the founder of the SFBI runs to 1043 pages, all of it on baking... you wouldn't think so much text were possible, would you!?
I think its one I'm going to use as a reference, rather than trying to absorb it all by actually reading through it! Blimey, where would I find the time?
Needless to say, there are almost all the baking recipes you're ever gonna need, and it all looks gorgeous!
