Even once you pick yourself off the floor and get that broken rib seen to, those of you who work in this arena may well find themselves agreeing with the logic and recognise the difference good programmers versus mediocre programmers makes.
This isn't being snobby, I still consider myself down amongst the general masses, but I appreciate the fact at least, and try to take action to improve. Elitism has no part in code, no-one's never been caught out!
