Still no joy

Man I really thought that selling the house here would be relatively painless - what a mistake!
Despite the fact that EVERYONE who comes to see it likes it and thinks the presentation is great, we can't get a decent offer. There are three parties I am aware of who REALLY like it, though only 2 of them have put offers in, both just a bit low sadly: the other one has ummed and ahhed and is even coming for a THIRD time today to have a look again, which I can only hope will result in him making a sensible offer at last.

Since its the start of July now, its still only 6 weeks since we started marketing the place (though feels MUCH longer!) and I appreciate that its really not that long. What frustrates most though is the lack of offers - what are all these timewasters doing, traipsing around our house, saying how much they like it, and then not even making an offer!? What's that all about?

At least a certain Mr Tennant (from our UK office) managed to cheer me up with an 'artistic' image link demonstrating the importance of eye make-up, cheers Andrew!
